We are offering halves and quarters of beef. At this time, 2021 pricing is $5.00 per lb. hanging weight determined by our USDA processor. This includes processing costs, cutting to customer specification, vacuum wrap and freezing. Quarters require a down payment of $250 and halves require a down payment of $500. Availability is filled very quickly so we cannot hold orders without a down payment.
With the current situation we all are dealing with, setting processing dates is a bit harder to do. At this time we tell the processor what we have and they set a date. Last year’s drought also has presented a problem of higher volume due to lack of reasonably priced feed. In the past we could set a general date and they would fill it. Our next available beef is going for processing in March 2021. Later dates are not yet set, we will have some coming up.
